Thin enough to forget it is there
296 × 130 mm, 5.2 mm high at the front and 14.5 mm at the back, 425 g all in. The 75% layout keeps the arrow keys and the function row but drops the number pad, which is what makes it narrow enough to sit in front of a laptop or go in the same sleeve.
Four devices, one keyboard
Three Bluetooth 5.2 connections and one 2.4 GHz receiver run at the same time, so a phone, a tablet, a PC and a Mac can all stay paired and you move between them from the keyboard. The 2.4 GHz link polls at 1000 Hz; USB-C is there when you want a cable.
1200 hours on one charge
The 800 mAh cell runs for up to 1200 hours — roughly eight months at five hours a day — and a full charge takes about two and a half. There is no backlight draining it, and you can keep typing while it charges.
Remap it in the browser
The B1 Pro is customised with ZMK through the Keychron Launcher web app — remap a key, record a macro, set up a shortcut, all without installing anything. Caps lock can become whatever you actually use.
Keys with a dish in them
Each keycap is concave, so the fingertip settles into the middle of the key instead of sliding across a flat top. On a low-profile board, where the travel is short, that shape is most of what keeps the typing accurate.
Mac keys, Windows keymap
The layout follows a Mac keyboard, down to the media and function keys, but it works on Windows too — and because the keymaps are set in the Launcher, switching systems does not mean pulling keycaps off. Emoji come up with fn + shift.
A skin that takes the spills
A silicone cover moulded key by key sits over the board without changing how it feels to type. It keeps out dust and liquid, and it washes rather than wears — worth having on a keyboard that travels.
