At a glance

Silent switches

Huano silent micro switches on every button, rated at 10 million clicks.

Three ways in

2.4 GHz at 1000 Hz, Bluetooth 5.2, or the detachable USB-C cable.

Up to 120 hours

A 600 mAh cell: up to 120 h on 2.4 GHz, up to 100 h on Bluetooth.

Asymmetric shell

Cut for a right hand rather than mirrored down the middle, at 81 g.

Near-silent, on every button

The BM24 uses Huano silent micro switches throughout. The press is still sharp under the finger — the sound is what has been taken out. In a shared room, on a call, or in a house where somebody else is asleep, that is the whole specification that matters.

A sensor chosen for the work it does

The PAW3212 runs from 100 to 2400 DPI, tracks to 30 IPS and tolerates 50 g of acceleration. It is a proven, unexciting part, and that is the point: it is steady on a document all day and it costs the battery almost nothing.

Cut for a right hand, not mirrored

The shell is asymmetric: the left flank is scooped for the thumb and the right side rises to meet the last two fingers, instead of both sides being the same curve. At 81 grams it stays easy to lift and reposition.

600 mAh, up to 120 hours

Up to 120 hours on 2.4 GHz and up to 100 on Bluetooth, from a 600 mAh cell. Charging is over a detachable USB-C to USB-C cable, and the mouse works on the cable while it charges.

Programmed in a browser tab

Keychron Launcher is a web page rather than an installer. With the mouse on the cable or the 2.4 GHz receiver, open it in Chrome, Edge or Opera, remap the buttons, record macros, set DPI steps and polling rate, and store it in one of five profiles on the mouse — the same on Windows, macOS and Linux, with nothing to keep updated.
