At a glance

1000, 4000 or 8000 Hz

Set the polling rate yourself in the Launcher, depending on whether you are gaming or typing.

Gasket mount

The plate is held between gaskets rather than screwed to the case, which softens the bottom-out.

Legends that light up

Cherry-profile shine-through PBT with north-facing LEDs, plus a light strip along the side.

Hot-swappable

Change any switch without a soldering iron.

A polling rate you choose

The board can report at 1000, 4000 or 8000 Hz, and you set which in the Launcher. Eight thousand is for the games where a split second decides it; a thousand is plenty for everything else and asks less of the machine at the other end.

Keychron C3 Pro 8K internal structure

Held in gaskets, not screwed down

The plate sits between gaskets instead of being bolted to the case, so the whole assembly gives very slightly under each press. That is what takes the hard edge off the bottom-out and the sound with it.

Light through the legends, and along the side

Cherry-profile double-shot PBT keycaps with shine-through legends, lit by north-facing LEDs so the characters glow rather than the gap behind them. A separate light strip runs along the side of the case.

Cherry profile, double-shot PBT

A lower, more sculpted profile than OSA, in double-shot PBT so the legends are moulded in rather than printed on and the surface stays matte with use.

The cable comes off

A detachable USB-C cable with a Type-A adapter in the box, so the board packs flat and a damaged cable is a cable, not a keyboard.

What comes in the box

The keyboard, a detachable USB-C cable with a Type-A adapter, the extra keycaps for the other operating system, a combined keycap and switch puller, and the quick start guide.
